Zach Gallagher

Zach was the Head Boy of Christ College where he was the captain of the 1st XV. He made the New Zealand Schools team in 2019 and made his debut for Canterbury in the Ranfurly Shield game against North Otago. Zach is also a talented rower and studies at the University of Canterbury.

Outside of rugby, alongside his brother (who’s a referee) and a friend, Zach has a podcast called Clarity Based. This podcast has a focus on mental health and creates a platform and provides support for young people to have a conversation around mental well-being.
