FUN FACT:
Fletcher grew up in Leithfield, and went to Rangiora High School. He is studying land and property management. Fletcher is also a keen Fisherman!
Fletcher has the record for the heaviest squat ever recorded in the Crusaders Academy, setting the mark with 255kg in 2020. He was in the Junior Development team 2 years in a row at school but never made the final team!
